1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrafficBuddy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

TrafficBuddy is an online driving theory education platform designed for Kenyan learners. We provide interactive lessons, road scenarios, quizzes, and digital certificates to help users learn traffic rules and safe driving practices.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Content

All lessons, quizzes, scenarios, and educational content on TrafficBuddy are for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is complete or up-to-date with the latest Kenyan traffic regulations.

5. Certificates

Certificates issued by TrafficBuddy are platform-issued digital certificates that verify completion of our course material. They are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or issued by the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) or any government body. A TrafficBuddy certificate does not replace an official driving licence or any government-required certification.

6. Payments

The core platform is free. If we introduce optional paid features in the future (such as premium certificates via M-Pesa), pricing and terms will be clearly communicated before any payment is processed.

7. NTSA Disclaimer

TrafficBuddy is an independent educational platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) or any Kenyan government agency. Our content is based on publicly available Kenyan traffic laws and regulations but should not be treated as official legal guidance.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrafficBuddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to reliance on educational content provided. Always refer to official NTSA resources and a licensed driving school for authoritative guidance.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
